Lower level so more invasions against guys who wont have 2000 HP.
Dual sanctus actually out does power within
Buffed dagger. That will be 570 AR at a DPS that is unheard of!

I did this build and faced people with this build, it just doesn't work unless you're spamming WotG and are a little lucky. The sorceries route just doesn't work like this, at least for me. Since your HP is so low, you'd benefit more from using the Sanctus for just a second (so the PW wouldn't kill you at all), then, well I guess there's not much to switch to. BTW, dragon form is the way to go for this build.
