Hey, it's still on the topic of the Gaurdian's Soul, it's just wild speculation. For all we know (nothing) it COULD be a super fun, game breaking levitate miracle.

Well...wasn't there talk of some catalyst that upgraded from Logan's Catalyst under certain circumstances? It's in the "list of changes" thread I think, and it says it halves spell casts. Anyway, has anyone tried upgrading Logan's Catalyst with it?

This is really cool. It's like being back in the day when I hadn't done pretty much everything in the game twice. Keep the info coming, I'm sure it must have some use. That or it is just another 'soul pinata' in which case BOOOOOO!

I'm still convinced that it's can be offered to a covenant after a certain rank. Might take a while to test though.

It's probably got some special quality to it to differentiate it. If not, well...it's not like they haven't done "catalyst clones" before in the form of Sorcerer/Izalith/Beatrice Catalysts.

Well, considering he's a guardian, I wonder if they might pull another surprise and it turns out the Soul becomes some sort of armor or shield, rather than a weapon.

A non-greatshield would be nice, but not a gimmicky one like the CRS.
