pvp areas?

where would a sl87 go to pvp? i dont mean a fight once every 30 mins either

the arenas alribght but, i guess i have connection issues when it omes to that, because i get backstabbed when they are not behind me...

As for pvp areas at 90, the forest is usually busy, but I'd say its to early for really established spots on the pc, but try the demon ruins, painted world and kiln

Where in the forest. By alvina (the cat) is a better bet than the rest of the forest.

right there,where you said. ive spent many hours in those woods before 1.0.4 when i stoped playing on ps3

The arena is rather glitchy too... I've had a couple of matches where every time I killed the opponent it would count as their victory and they ended up winning even though they never killed me.

Further proof that the PtD is screwing mightily with the online aspect of Dark Souls. I hope they get it ironed out, because it's been like this (off and on) since a few days before release.

i solved my issue, i just made someone that was not about SL 80, at SL 45 the forest is very active, so is sens, the depths,( red eye orb insta invade) and at SL 20 invading at the church/ bottoom of blighttown is pretty much instant

invasions on me are really scarce and i rarely am able to invade someone...
Im putting white signs in front of artorias and never get summoned and I am waiting in the arena for half an hour without an enemy.
Online play is really dead for me on the PC eventho Im playing a lvl 48 character right now and never find someone to fight with.

Anyone here having lots of pvp?

yeah I dont think ill have a lot of fun oneshoting other lvl 20s.
Its just that I dont feel like hunting leveling characters but rather look for other pvp happy ppl.
I had some fun invading anor londo while lvling another character but now my characters are in the 50s and 100s lvls and i thought thats where i could find some nice pvp, but Im having a hard time finding anyone.

You can have an upgraded weapon and oneshot everyone or melt them with firesurge in 2 seconds with your upgraded pyro glove while they still use a +5 regular weapon or even worse.
I am looking for higher lvl pvp, where people have their weapon/spells of choice and are ready for it.

takes more skill to survive at lower levels, higher level pvp is just backstab fishing and attepted stunlocks

i have pvped at all soul levels for more than 30 hours at least , so, talk to me when you have mroe experiance

Well I think we can agree that finding a lvl 100 with good gear is much more likely than finding a lvl 20 with good gear.

Dont get me wrong ...I appreciate every suggestion and im not trying to judge anyone for lvl 20 or something Im just saying its not my thing becouse of the disparity in weapon strengh found at that lvl.

fair enough, but for higher level pvp you will have more luck on the psn or xbl, so id try there

nah im too spoiled with the new content and reduced lag... cant go back to console.
I think pc has some connection issues right now becouse there are more player playing pc than ps3
