So there are a LOT of douchebags who simply LOVE to raise their character to SL 100-140 and try to invade lvl 45 people on Sen's fortress or evel people at SL 10 or 20 in the Undead Church, i'd like to know if there is any way to avoid this aside from not being human, because you know... Tarkus is kind of really helpfull and Solaire too... and those noobs who can't face poeple their own level keep screwing other people's games... any hints on this?

Don't accumulate sin maybe?
Getting invaded by an SL140 when you're SL10 is only possible if the 140 is a darkmoon and you have sinned (or BB glitched).

No sins committed, no glitch used, when i go to Oswald it says no sin's committed, also he's not literally 140, but he was ninja flipping in full giant's set and my gold pined resin +5 Claymore didn't visibly damaged him at all and he two hitted me even though i had my shield up... i mean seriously i backstabbed him and dealt 100 dmg he did not lost even 1/10 of his hp...

Red or blue yo. If its a red, he's a griefer at around the same sl but with maxed gear. If its a blue, its a glitch and/or you have sin.
Griefing is harder as a dm though, so its not terribly likely that he's looking to invade someone so underleveled. Its a possibility though.
BTW I can be fast rolling in full havels at sl 25, do so that alone is not an indication of his sl.

If you're on the XBox/PC, hackers can invade at a high level.
If you're on the Playstation, the hacking is much less apparently (not at all?).
After you are invaded, you have a timer that gives you protection from being invaded (something like less priority). So, if you are human, get invaded and die, and need to beat a level with help, just become human again and go as fast as you can through the level.
Being in the Way of White covenant grants some protection as well.
Third option, you can unplug your network cord or just quit to the main screen if you're on the xbox. This prevents you dying and losing your humanity. There is no reason SL10 dark wraiths should be invading in the Burg/Parish with +5 lightning gear and fully upgraded armour IMO. I have no issues doing any of the above in the starting part of the game. Mostly it's BB glitchers (which I hope they'll remove entirely). But even if they remove the glitch, people have already made the characters, and they are also good enough to get through the game to aquire these weapons legit without levelling up.
Anyways. Invading at low level with full gear is a jerk move in my opinion. Yank your cord and you'll be fine.
+5 claymore will do nothing to an invader. They have topped out gear, likely Giants armour, Havel's Ring, DWGR, minimum stats for the weapon they want, and a +5 lightning weapon or chaos.

Thanks for the advice, it was a red phantom and no i hardly think you can fast roll at full giants while using havel shield and a lightning murakumo at SL 25...
and i totally agree it a jerk move, just makes me want to fill these posts with swears and bad language... but hey... i don't think that is allowed in forums...

With Mur + Havel shield, the stats alone to wield the Mur would not allow him to pump endurance. Sounds like a hacker. Disconnect your network cord, send him a Haha message.

You could always wait and summon a couple of phantoms to go thru with you.

Won't help vs a hacker with infinite health. Only thing you can do is Force/WoG them off a cliff, or bleed them out.
