is the arena sl 99 or sl 100?

My game says "51-100" So I would assume it goes to 100 but other people seem to think different.

What if thats the difference between offhanding a good wep? Or having another attunement slot? Or being able to cast that spell thats necessary to your build?

You take one point from vitality and give up about 20hp. Sounds negligible to me

With people running around dealing between 250 and 500+ damage 20 hp should even be worth considering....

i'd drain points from endurance before i touched 40 vit and lower.
