It doesn't look like it does, but if you shoot an arrow at it, it splashes. And if you throw a lightning miracle at it, it electrifies like a pool. Not sure if this is a mild programing error, or some bizarre eater egg (most likely not). Also, it's the room with the false fireplace, NOT the basement with Havel's.
