Havel Will Not Ninja Flip with Even 99 END! (Proven by Character Planner)

VICTORY!!!

Full Havel's will NEVER Flip again after the dlc! not even with 99 END or at SL 200!!! Not even mixing Havel's ring with Dark Wood Grain ring!

Havel's will only ninja flip if they have no shield, and only one weapon. A Rapier to be exact!.

At 99 END though, who cares? Their build will be so weak in other aspects at 100 or 120.

Yeah Ring of Favor and Protection should have been nerfed or removed, can you imagine the variance if they did?
