I've made various tests as a DM and found out that SL 100 is a good level. You'll invade questers and PvPers alike but you'll get fails past 12 am EST. The BEO is weird. Anyway reim check out the weapons list and DMB is allowed.

Looks great reim. You might want to try out GMW, just 4 points on Int and you got a free more powerful than resins buff. Would sacrifice End because rapiers consume little stamina.
