My SL 100 isn't getting any invades (Darkmoon). Any ideas? Maybe drop down to 80?

i thought we talked on the chat? oh well i think a lvl 80 is best so you can get decent stuff while having invaders because 60 is too low and you cant get much without sacrifices and 100 and up pvp get very sparce (except for me im always invaded no matter my lvl and i hate it DX)
EDIT:Could also be because im a DW as well just in case it makes a difference.

I was actually getting lower activity at SL 80. You could try higher....but I'm always getting fails at any SL with the BEO. SL 100 is good because you can catch PvPers (SL 120) and questers alike (SL 80~100).

What are the SL restrictions for this covenant? I could bump faith to 30 and get a nice DMB. But, that would take me to 122.

It's different depending on player covenant and event/war structures.
SL 100 is the highest we have, and I believe that is solely for our DM members. Wyrm hosts a SL 99 arena, and SL 50 and 80 are also very common.

Our highest cap is SL 100 reim. I was thinking about a SL 150 cap for something different but it was never implemented.

By the way if you guys don't have any idea on how to make an SL 60 build, I'll give some advice.
-The most easy way is to choose a Dex weapon or any weapon below 16 Str and upgrade it to elemental (in our case chaos). Keep base stats.
-Could choose a very low scaling weapon (ie. G. Halberd, GLS). If normal or crystal GMW is very useful and only cost 15 Int.
-Dump rest of points in Vit/End.
-If going med roll, try to get 106 poise, 93 poise minimum (3 spear/kat hits).
-Always have 1500 HP minimum if going melee.
-Example build: http://tinyurl.com/9p2jomw
