Mashing R1/LB to get out of grabs quicker?

It does work. Just like old-school beat-em-ups you can mash out of some (not all) grab attacks. The centipede happens to be a very obvious one.

Yeah mashing any buttons gets you out, but try to avoid whacking the directional buttons to do so, is a massive error
