I have actually been having tons of fun using my Shiva(ish) build, forest hunting. I was never into forest hunting or using dwgr, but this build just feels right. Yea i have 76 poise, and im flipping, but it just looks a lot better then a giant flipping. here the new ganker/ housewife build nobody ordered, its got most of the classics with good hp and armor with fast roll and a strong elemental weapon (653-8%= 601, not big enough to matter)

What I always do when weighing my options in regards to weapon path upgrades, is see how much damage my weapon would do against the defenses I'm using.
So with that in mind that halberd will do minimal damage against those defenses, and seeing as heavier armor wont be used as much with wolf ring + light armor producing greater defenses, and that build is weak.
Tank flipping god characters wont be as relevant.
