I've read it's going to be updated at 7pm and you might have to search for it, it won't necessarily show up in the new releases section.

Good news, I live in the UK and am now downloading the patch. As for the DLC, the Playstation Store usually updates at around 12 to 1 o'clock in the UK. Can't wait!
