It looks like the four kings because of how it is spikey in the chest area. The Four King sword could have been the weapon that this guy used.

There was a bunch of unused content regarding anor londo, and King Jar-Eel was supposedly a boss that Ingward would get you to kill in exchange for the Seal Key.
Oh, and the chester looking dude is just an early version of chester. There's a similar one with kalameet.
There's other things too, like a non platformer BoC.
