So I've got a funny story for you all.
Starts yesterday, I'm in a metal band and we're practicing. I'm not fat, but I sure as hell am not in shape. We've got a show in a month and our vocalist really wants to step up our stage show. So band practices have become two a days.
So we get busy choreographing each song and there is a lot of headbanging. Like, a lot of headbanging. So I go home after practice and crash.
Now I wake up today and there's something funny going on. My foots numb and I'm tingling all over. I'm half a sleep and really dont care so I drag myself out of bed and begin the 1 1/2hour commute to school.
About halfway through my first class this sensation hasn't gone away. In all honesty I feel as if my body is high. Second class rolls around at 2 (I've been up for 6 hours) and I still feel this way. Getting kinda panic'd I leave early and rush home.
I get home and log on my computer and begin looking up what could possibly be causing this. I sift through online journals of every known disease scaring myself into thinking I have everything from an african parasite to MS. My buddy then logs onto facebook and I tell him about it, he tells me I have a pinched nerve and to go take IBprofen and ice my back.
So here I sit, with no feeling in my foot, itching and tingling with ice on my back, tell you; from one gamer to another, headbang responsibly.
