LVL cap suggestion for PVP PS3

What lvl should I stay if I want to PVP?
Because I think I screwed my build :C and to fix it i'd have to lvl till sl 135... how bad is that? or should I restart another character ???

and if that's the case... could someome helpme transfer my gear u_u¿¿??

Bring it to 200, there's still some action at that level, or you can host and get invaded like crazy.

SL135 is not that bad a screw-up, as you'll still be able to PvP in the later levels of the game.

isn't it better to stay at 120??? then... let's lvl up like crazy...
another doubt I have...
i was thinking about letting my vit in 28 o.O or increasing it to 40 is a must be?

SL120 is the level that a lot of gamers will stop at, but it's not the be-all and end-all when it comes to PvP. With a SL135 concentrate your PvPing around Anor Londo, the Dukes Archives, the Catacombs, the Tomb of Giants, and the Kiln to begin with, and see how that goes. It also doesn't hurt to have a number of builds of varying SL's on the go at the same time if PvP is your thing.
