You can no longer bleed out a hacker. Me and another forest hunter just bled out this hacker 92 times in a row without anything happening. You've been warned.

I noticed this a couple of days ago. I didn't bleed this person out anywhere near 92 times, but it was a lot longer than normal and their hp didn't budge.

That's always been able to happen, at least on the PS3.

Strange Tolvo, In all of my invasions I have not had a single hacked player on PS3, of course I may not have been able to tell because I'm that lousy at pvp.

It's not just you. It's very rare. I've logged over 1,000 hours now, PvPing pretty regularly, and I've only ever seen 1 that I knew was hacking and couldn't be killed by normal means.

Also be wary of modded health bars, or infinite health. I've seen a spike in the forest, and they're ganking too.
Rynn do you see the damage or do they just not have a health bar?

They take damage, but their healthbar never moves. Bleeds inflicted 65410 damage, or something like that, but the healthbar just sat there at full. The PC versions superior health hack seems to have came to the X-box.

To be fair, I've played for around 1,900 hours of the game almost all of it forest invading. So I've probably had a higher chance of running into hackers.

It's been awhile now, but I'm pretty positive when I ran into mine that's where it was. Figures.

If there was a damage counter then they weren't invincible, did the player heal at all during the fight?
As far as I know the true invulnerability pc hackers get stops all damage from being done in the first place, I think it was just a slightly more clever cheater.
