I'd like to see a more detailed and more useful version of the dung pie.
Maybe dung pies are the new estus? In times of hardship the old pioneers would eat them, you know.
And then, of course, if you had to eat dung pies to heal, FROM would have to get on the old school bandwagon of games like Duke Nukem and the like and have your character make an expression each time you slide on down your throat.
