i have noticed that some of my toons take more damage from certain falls that others this isn't something i have researched i just noticed it on one of my playthroughs. have you experienced the same thing and if so do you know what makes the difference?

Did some testing for another thread like this. Damage is scaled with your health, more health = more damage. Also your weight adds damage aswell, so more weight = more damage. Hope this helps.

I used to be able to survive that fall down to Vamos, but now with twice as much health in NG+ I die every time.

You cannot survive that fall unless you do a step by step fall using the rocks along the walls.

My personal experiences beg to differ, I would usually hit the wall which may have allowed me to survive, but I did not initially go step-by-step.

did you change your weight? heavier armor will make it hurt more, your character may have to go on a diet.

Pretty sure I did. But I noticed smaller falls do more damage aswell, without major weight difference.

What happened to the falls in demon's when they did sweet F.A...
though i suppose it's a good thing that the game acknowledges if you think you can be like hulk and run off a cliff..
