Wiki Stat Scaling page

Basically I'm asking is there one? I can't seem to find one by doing searches. Just coming up with the thousands of threads asking questions about it. I'm trying to look something up regarding scaling, and I'm not finding what I'm looking for. If there isn't a page dedicated to scaling, I think we aught to make one.

I started a page about a year ago, but I even forgot about it myself. It may need a better name though.

That's not entirely what I meant. What I was looking for was a chart illustrating weapon scaling letter grades with the corresponding stat numbers where they stop gaining damage returns. It'd be helpful to have for more precisely planning builds.
