Armor setup options?

I've had this build of mine for while now and i love it to bits, but i think it could be a bit better on the defence but i just can't find anything that can give good defence, poise AND looks at the same time. This is what my build looks like. http://mugenmonkey.com/darksouls/?c=480693680840686870

I had to negate to points of vit to endurance so that i could were it, so if there's any better options then it would be grately appreciated.

P.S If you want you can swap the rings around to make it better

decent defence, awesome poise, looks great.

Onion head is cool, you could use iron helm (solaire), no getting away from hollow legs tho pound for pound don't think there is much better


Comp. Bow would be better too
