Covenant Questions

So I've finally finished farming Humanity for Daughters of Chaos, and I thought I'd check a few things before spending them, since I'm also after various achievements.

1) Will the shortcut stay open if I leave the covenant?
2) Will it be open in NG+? Or will I need to rank up again?
3) What are all the items I need to get all the items from all the Covenants, and which ones give items upon joining?
4) You can lower the Sunbros joining requirements, is that through actual co-op matches, or by owning Sunlight Medals?
5) I accidently betrayed the Forest Hunter covenant after joining, will this lock me out of any items this playthrough?

Any help much appreciated!

Just the one question left then. If I give the 30 Humanity to open the shortcut, then leave the covenant to do other stuff, will it be opened in NG+? Or only if I remain with the Covenant to keep my rank?

dont think it will be open in ng+ even if u stay in the covenant.

You will need to reopen it in NG+ even if you stay in the cov.

Right! So staying in the cov will just mean I don't need to spend another 30 Humanity? Or will I keep my rank if I leave via the Priest?

yes you loose your rank even if you leave via the priest. the difference is if you leave via him it sets you back to neutral so if you rejoin it will jus take the base 30 humanity to get back to +2. if you leave the coven by joining another one, or get kicked out by whatever means then if you clear your sins and rejoin i believe all your level requirements are increased by 50%. so it would take you 45 manities instead of 30 to get back to +2.

Okay, thanks! I'll do the other Covenants I plan to do this playthrough before I join up to feed the Humanities.

Then again, I might just leave them until next playthrough... farming Evil Eyes and Souveneirs of Reprisal... fun fun fun...

Hehe yup, was my preferred method of hunting~ I'd also kill some of the Curse-lizards while I was there too, got myself a couple Eyes~ Still many short of the 10 I need though. Bleck.
