Not in terms of damage per second. 6 hits from a dagger in a very very short time will take off >1,000HP if buffed properly. Try it: CMW/DMB/SLB dagger R1 spam and watch it peel off your opponent's life.

Welll with 6 hits the bandit's knife would probably cause bleed.  And besides, assassins don't go for DPS R1 spam.

bandits knife is actually a bit slower, on swings... other than that... its just move set preference. also dark silver tracer blows the bandits knife out of the water by those standards, plus it has toxic:thumbs up:

    Hullo.

I love the Assassin idea. Not the Altair/Ezio style, but real sneaking and trying to OHKO the host.
For some time, I wanted to remake my co-op SL 25 and when I read this thread I decided to make a SL 25 Assassin.

    So far, I got this:
    http://mmdks.com/37wu

I always go to a location, get at least ten host kills and move on, clearing the game like this.
I'm in Parish, because the toon is new.

Since it's Parish, using the Chaos Rapier against the host is unfair, so I'll just assassinate his phantoms and then fight host fairly with Longsword +0/+5.

I'd like some ideas as to what stats to raise for the Assassin build, but while not going over SL 25.
I need it on SL 25 to be able to co-op with players with SL between my other builds, which are SL 1 and SL 55.
I'm afraid that makes full on Dex impossible and I'd hate to just stack Vit and End.

    Thanks. cheers

Hit and run tactics. While also looking great.

    Warning, not for head-to-head combat

Is 25 Dex worth it? Won't Chaos do more damage?
