Keep a stock of humanity and grass. Possibly even repair powder. If one of your phantoms gets a streak, they will likely need some humanity to heal. Most of the phantoms I summoned at Sen's only asked for humanity between matches.

I'm nearly done with my second Ceaseless Assault build!
It uses the Murakumo and Darksword (too bad it outmatches the Silver Knight Straight Sword when it comes to lowish level PvP.
)
I've also been testing with shields as weapons for a while now. And I gotta say, they're pretty awesome (so long as you're not facing more than 1 person in a fight...)
