Well I get like 50-60 in 3 hours, I'm assuming you have the Covetous Gold Serpent ring equipped?
It is kinda boring but so is a lot of the farming in this game, the souls to level up, the Trident etc.

Haha got all humanity I need lol and really I got like 80-100 humanity in 3 hours each run took 2 minutes and I usually got 2-4 humanity each run
