The Hardest Boss

Flamelurker, Doran and Capra. F*ck me, i died way too much.

O&S because they can. Stupid gankers.

Demon Souls - The maneaters every time I go into that room I'm on edge. I hate that second maneater so much.

Dark Souls - Manus or Artorias. The Four Kings are overrated and while they kill me a lot it's because I don't put much effort in killing them. Seriously dodge to the left for their sword attacks and roll backwards when it comes to their grab and AOE attack.

I can no longer say BoC is an annoying boss. I got bored yesterday so I went and finished Izalith. It took a bit of time, but I was able to kill BoC without dying once. I'm incredibly proud of myself for doing it.

I never had much trouble with 4 Kings, to be honest. You can tank them fairly comfortably and Sunlight Blade on a Dagger is just sickening.


Not sure on the NG+ versions mind, but a friend of mine with a similar build tanked and had pretty much the same luck. Died a couple of times though - first time he lost 50 Humanity and 75000 souls. I don't even know why he went down there with all that.

I would say The Centipede Demon because of the lava does major damage if you don't have any fire resistance.

Danm you FIRE BREATH

Ceaseless is a cheap mofo on a low SL run (under 10 or so). He kills you pretty much in one hit and sometimes refuses to make the jump over to where you can knock him down, just spamming fire breath instead. (An undodgeable attack by the way) He's also 100% immune to pryomancy.

cowering + bow = dead ceaseless

Strangely, Firesage is one of the few bosses who forced me to change my build. He just kept spamming that aoe fire attack and I had a low vit build. I just couldn't take it, even whilst evading, as he'd nestle in the tree roots.

In the end I took the most bleed resistant gear I could and went at him with Lifehunt Scythe. Still made me feel like I cheapened out though.

When he does that you need to run back up to where the gold hemmed armour set is and run down again. He did that to me and running back up there and then back again made him follow me all the way down. Just in case you didn't know

I know, but while doing that he'll spam his undodgeable fire attack that breaks my guard and goes through walls. It's still a tense run and doesn't work 100%.

Four Kings on NG+ and beyond.

As for NG, I'd probably say Manus.

It's been a long time I didn't die to BoC. With the quit game trick, the only things I have to watch are the sweeping hands.
The trick here is to block with a shield while partialy facing the hole beside you. This way, the sweeping hand push you away from the hole. If you face the wrong direction when you block, yes... "Your died"...
But I admit BoC killed me 1k times in my 3-4 first playthroughs.
