War location

So recently I started thinking about the forest and the new Dark Souls coming up and started wondering...

Where do you think the next PVP warzone will be?

As we all know the forest, is a 24/7 warzone and there aren't any rules that can be tied down to it. So it dawned upon me that there might be an area like this in the next Dark Souls game.

So have any of you fun loving catbros thought about this?
If you have what would you like the next warzone to be like? or do you hope there won't be an area like the forest?

Now this is something I hope makes a return! No rules warzone. While I love the forest for it's atmosphere and tactical guerilla warfare nature I kind of hope something new but that it takes the tactics and the atmosphere of the forest and turn out something better. As for the setting I always wanted to walk in a giant area scattered with the remains of fallen warriors and graves from a time unknown that was obviously the setting of a large battle. You walk in and look around at the corpses in positions of when they were killed or died from injuries and their weapons in the ground or broken. Then there among the graves the invaders rise to attack you.

I'd like an open field next to a giant castle.

The 'original' PvP war zone in Dark Souls was the kiln (I still have fondness of pvping there actually), while the forest was secondary, though this has changed now...

I have a feeling that due to new players, once again the first 'warzone' will be the start of the final boss level, and i predict from will create the beginning of the level in a suitable fashion again, as after all it's the ideal location as even new players will have gotten all the end game gear options by that point.

I like the forest however it was unfair that me and my fellow cat covenanteers had a ring slot taken up already (and therefore got shed loads of havels ring + DG ring backstabbing the crap out of us). However i think it was good not to be organised combat as such (IE not in an arena with timescales etc). Tricky to get the right equilibrium if that makes sense.
At the end of the day its the gameplay itself that matters to me most. No nooby lagging behind people to backstab and ill be happy.

Did you know that you can switch rings after invading someone as a catbro? It's really nifty. Try it sometime.

I do that all the time. I need Havel's Ring to mid roll with my tank.

WEEELL can't beleve i never tried that. Probrably give it a go next time although it wont be possible if i get a crap spawn which is another thing that needs to be rectified in DS2. admittedly its not all that often but sometimes you end up popping up right in front of someone.
