I don't need three episodes in a row for this, I would just like to see an episode with some more development on her character or backstory. Granted the episode she did have in S3 was great because of her and Discord but I expected more of an appearance with her character in the series.

.She had many great scenes especially in "Keep Calm and Flutter on" and "Spike at your Service" . We got to see a different side of her: She being manipulative . Or at least it's more apparant in this Season, Flutters was always manipulative
And yeah, S4 will be 26 Episodes long like the first two . And it's will focus on Princess Twilight, but i have seen a Screenshot of the CMC doing their thing so we will have Normal Episodes .

No, I mean that's rather very surprising to think that Rarity hasn't been prominently featured in so long (she's had starring roles alongside Sweetie Belle in those sister bonding episodes but that's not really the same now, is it?) she's definitely popular enough, why make her a strictly support character?
As for that Spike-Rarity romance dynamic, yes, it does seem to have fallen by the wayside, doesn't it?

AB did not exist in Cutie Mark Chronicles so Spike is at least 8 Years old or older .

Still, 8 seems a bit too Young to me, the CMC act more like young Teenagers to me.
