Why do so many people insist on noob tactics

Ive been playing Dark souls since it came out....yet i stil get infuriated by noobs who BS then Use great combustion before you even get a chance to stand up....i mean cmon if your gonna fight at least fight me dont run round like a little nancy boy

Please don't start a thread like this, it's a game, if you want the honour/rules fights then got see Fight Club on the forums pvp thread section. If not don't complain, it'll snowball into a name calling fest.

Not trying to cause an argument just wondering why people insist on doing things the easy way?

Different strokes for different folks, everyone has a VERY VERY strong and sometimes different opinion to yourself on this matter. Please respect and understand that some people use different play styles to yours and have fun with that. If you're looking for duals, then I do recommend Fight Club, lots of people with the same opinion as you there to chat with.

Trust me we all share your view here but we have been over it so much we are tired of talking about these things and talking about it serves no true purpose or solution, you just gotta let it be...sorry you have to go through that but then again we all do.

P.S-Join the Fight Club and you will feel much better.

It's not necessarily a noob tactic, but it is annoying. If they try it, roll toward them and BS them. If you get your timing right, you should be able to roll through the GC, and repay them the favor.

anyways i have to deal with these type of people on a daily basis and i gotta admit PVP is slowly getting more and more noobish IMO

but still the fight club is a good choice if you want fair fights

^ Adaptation and evolution is key to every competitive game. Otherwise it's stagnation.

I feel like just because the tactic is very common and usually is very effective, that people tend to call it a "noob tactic". That's what most of these "noob tactics" seem to be.

I had a PVP with a guy earlier and it was Straight up Sword fight no magic no BS lasted bout 15 minutes and i tell you what it was the most fun ive had on this game EVER

Yes i did

I was just remembering of how the fights went on for hours because of the heals, regen rings, shields, weapons and second chance.

Dual katanas, miranda hammer regen builds, and buffed DBS was all I ever saw. haha

i used a Mercury Rapier+5 And a Dragon dagger+5 proper dueling style

I just cosplayed as Ostrava of Boletaria.

Argh the Rune set grossly underestimated

i miss my blessed meat cleaver.

I don't think people realised you could get it quite early on in the game at 3-2 on that really annoying ledge.

Ha back to dark souls i just got invaded in New londo now im not a backstabber or a magic user i have a +15 halberd and a few pyromancy spells for back up im fighting fair second he realises im good at parrying her legs it comes back firing crystal soul spears like a mad man.....nothing wrong with using magic but why the running away just cause i nearly kiled you No honour

I don't see any problem running from a melee if you're a magic user, but then again I won't say anymore incase I upset anybody.
