Well, there's the unnofficial news that the Collector's edition will have a chess set.
Other than that... just darkness. I have the feeling that there might be an impending delaying of the game announced soon. It's supposed to come out later this year, but there's not one screenshot of the actual game yet; no idea at all as to where the game's production is at; nothing.

Probably because the game isn't really all that close to release, which means a lot is subject to change and there isn't much to reveal because of that.

Gametrailers just posted a video of things they don't want to see change in Dark Souls 2. Their points are all pretty good, but have been already discussed here quite a bit.
