Yes, the DKGA can be buffed. It and Dragon Bone Fist are the only dragon weapons that can be buffed.

False. The Obsidian Greatsword can be buffed too, and it's a Dragon weapon.

i think the only dragon weapons (uses scales to upgrade) that can't be buffed are the drake sword, the greatsword and priscilla's dagger.
which is a shame really, priscilla's dagger really should be buffable.

^ I think dragon weapons should be all buffable or all unbuffable.
Think about the other weapons. All twinkling used to be unbuffable. Then they made the silver knight sword buffable. All weapons upgraded with normal titanite are buffable.
