Nah, he has 99 dex and 66 str, that's the highest output possible when 2 handing weapons. I don't know if bows' BS should be patched. They are ok, and they don't do insane damage.
If I see someone like this guy, 1 arrow of my Composite Bow +14 will do the trick. Check my thread, first story there haha.

You know the bs damage isn't just from the bow right? That glitch combines the bs dmg of your right hand and your bow which is very cheap

NO no lol it combines both attacks because he does the double- hit bs why would you do that with a bow :?:
