Im bout start a new game and had the idea of jus pouring all my souls into vitality and endurance along with using a elemental weapon because of the fixed damage, any suggestions on weapons that would be viable in both pvp n pve to use with this type of build?

Reinforced Club, but that requires a little practice in PvP.
Falchion is always good.

Depends. Do you plan on keeping a bit of humanity on you? Chaos will be best. If not, Lightning.

Re: Solid Elemental Build
try queelags instead of chaos falchion, does the same but with better reach and dmg albeit a tad slower. as a rule of thumb you want to have about 300 dmg in the elemtal stat for the weapon to perform/ deal significant dmg. those 200/200 split weapons need 10+ hits to fell a opponent when dueling. so look what weapons have a high ar from the start (100+) and they'll usually work as elemental.

Psh, don't listen to these people.
Chaos Whip is all that you need. No shield, no armour, just large amounts of fiery whip.
