You never see Scootaloos Family because she is not related to the Main 6 like Sweetie Belle and Apple Bloom .
The concept of the Cutie Mark Crusaders is that they all look up to their Sisters and try to be like them but fail at doing so, and it's still present in the Show where Apple Bloom would try to sell Apples but fail at it and Sweetie Belle trying to help Rarara by cleaning the Shop (Sisterhooves Social) which she wasn't supposed to do, only Scootaloo is left out since her not being able to Fly was considered too serious to be the focus of an Episode .
