Let's just say at the moment, he doesn't have a sense of humor because of his situation. In time he may though.

I do watch anime. For ones that I know or think that have aired in other regions, I don't know. I've never looked into anime for other regions since I have moved. None come to mind, I truly apologize.

To build confidence when I was depressed. I used to look in the mirror and smile, and talk to myself, as if I was having a conversation with someone else. It was very awkward at first. But the more I practiced at it the more I was able to smile. I eventually started to laugh too.
Try this in your spare time.

Can I suggest the series Black Books on DVD. It is absolutely hilarious, and smart humour rather than the 'punched in the junk' kind lol.

You probably haven't sound your sense of humor yet, everyone's got something they find funny.
