    With ninja flip and that poise, it'd be a serious pain in the *** to come up against.

    You should replace the dark hand with buckler and ricards rapier for a normal one. I can see it now...

    Ninja flip everywhere. The other guy saw your buckler, so he's being cautious with his hits. But in the back of his mind he knows that he won't have a chance of hitting you unless he gets aggressive. As the time passes, he'll get more and more impatient until finally he just decides to risk it and rush in while you tank one hit with your poise and safely land the parry.
