    There have been starting class threads, and what you want in Dark Souls II threads; but let's start a thread for the creative bastards who think above and beyond! So here's my idea for crazy *** class called Demon Apostle. (Scroll down for TL;DR)

    Demon Apostle
    Starting Weapons:
    -RH1: Dagger that inflicts some status effect, Baby's Nail, Bandit Knife, etc. 1.0 unit.
    -RH2: Izalith Talisman, utilizes powerful demon spells that scale with strength. 2.0 units.
    -LH1: Demon Buckler, a large shield that protects against 95% fire, 50% magic, 10% lightning, 80% physical. Has greatshield deflection. 5.0 units.
    -LH2: None.
    Starting Armor:
    -Chaos Sallet: a eerie black helm that resembles the power and chaos of demons. 4.0 units, Poise: 5
    -Demon Apostle Cloak: dark cloak almost shrouded in dark fog. 5.0 units. Poise: 5
    -Chaos Gauntlets: gauntlets forged of strange metal and hardened by chaos flames. 3.5 units. Poise: 10
    -Chaos Greaves: greaves forged of strange metal and hardened by chaos flames. 4.5 units. Poise: 10
    Starting Spells:
    -Demon Aura: increase poise by 20 points, multiply all damage by x1.XX based on strength, stamina regen halted by 25%, health decreases 10% of vitality stat per second.
    -Exhume Chaos: very large AoE, increases ALL player, NPC, enemy, and environmental damage by x2, inputs require 50% more stamina. Does not stack with Demon Aura.
    Starting Miscellaneous:
    -Bond of Izalith, covenant ring binds you to the Lost citadel Izalith. The ring can only be removed when purged from a cleric. When equipped, increases fire defense by 25%, and increases fire damage by 10%. Also draws 20% of souls, and lowers all other defenses by 5%. Each time it is reequipped after purging, all debuffs increase by 5%. Stacks 5x. Having it in your inventory increases soul gain from demon enemies by 50%, but increases their strength by 25%.
    Starting Stats:
    SL 8
    VIT: 14
    ATT: 12
    END: 16
    STR: 16
    DEX: 10
    RES: 8
    INT: 9
    FTH: 9
    Equip load (with all starting gear) 25/56, fat roll.
    Starting HP: 659
    Starting STM: 102
    Super in-depth starting class, took at least 20 minutes to make...

    TL;DR, imagine something like Devil May Cry happy

    Sounds really cool. It´s some kind of alternative to sorcerers and faith builds then?

    Do you have any more ideas on how to play it? A melee spellsword as standard for this class? Any more spell ideas?

    I would like something more associated with soaking up damage while dealing out really slow but powerful spells.

    I'm not really sure, I've had this weird idea in my head called will magic, which would be based off of offensive stats or defensive stats. It would be a magic like dark magic, except it scales with all stats of either side of the coin. Perhaps this could be with that?

    How to play it, I would guess it could kind of be some sort of mirror. When I say that, if your opponent is higher leveled, it would cause them more pain. I want a class that acts as an equalizer. The whole reason I started this thread was because of transformations, like the dragon torso. Possibly with this class when your HP gets low enough you could transform and dish back some damage. I would be the class everyone is afraid of, hence Demons happy

Utilizing their will to fulfill their goal, they strive forward, growing stronger as they take damage, making a fight against them feared by all sane creatures.

    There is a downside though, being closely linked with Demonic creatures make thei minds bodies very unstable. As they are hit their bodies degrade, making them more and more feeble until they eventually fall.

    Perhaps their power can grow on par with the gods if they are determined enough?

    Whoa whoa whoa, don't get hostile, I just think it really doesn't fit with Souls. I don't know, maybe just Witch of Izalith of something? Makes sense since everything else relates to Izalith and demons.

    C'mon guys, I said VERY unique! I'm all for your guys' opinions and everything, but I want the crazy outlandish stuff nobody ever says because they think they'll sound stupid. But I definitely want cleric to be monk as well. Ice magic sounds pretty solid too.

    I think some form of necromancer can be good. Make it lethal for those who are human, and the counter is that you are weak at first against hollows.

    I am not that good with class building stats. But I can do backstory. I got one for the ice mage as a starting class.

    Frozen Mage: The opposite to the pyromancer and a foreign branch to soul magic. This is the graduated class but then the most basic of ice mages. The mages of ice are known for their secrecy and prefer to be hidden in public and somewhat blend in. Contrary to belief only their cyan shrouds are bright while the rest of their clothing is dark or grey forms of the color blue. Their weapons are known for a chill effect.

    Weapons
    Chilled Shortsword
    Staff of Icy chill
    Cold Buckler
    Starting gear:
    Black hood
    Cyan Shroud
    Dark blue gloves
    Grey cyan light greaves.
    Spells
    Ice Shard
    Cold Mist.
    Encore
    Encore
    Chosen Undead
    Chosen Undead

    Scrub
    -RH1: Chaos+5 Dagger with 999 crit
    -RH2: Dark Stick of Cheapness: Can use any spell with magadjust 999
    -LH1: Greatshield of 999 everything
    -LH2: Homeward Stick: Anyone hit by this will return to bonfire
    Starting Armor:
    MASK OF FATHER YOLO
    GIANTS GIANTS GIANTS

    Starting spells:
    -All spells, especially cheap ones

    Miscellaneous:
    -Cannot receive damage
    -Infinite stamina
    -Infinite mana
    -Infinite casts
    -Infinite poise
    -Infinite ninja flip

    -Emit Plague: Expell a shroud of poison that surrounds the user for as long as your mana is filled.
    -Create Cess Pool: Drops a large pool of sludge on the ground that traps an enemy for 5 seconds while raising their poison status.
    Starting Miscellaneous:
    -Rat Blood: immunity to poison and toxic, extremely susceptible to plague.
    Starting Stats:
    Same as pyromancer.

    Please do not encourage me to write more theoretical lore ^^

    Plaquemaster:

    In the deepest parts of the Great Swamp, many kinds of vile arts where born, an example being the infamous "Toxic Cloud", created by a now exiled pyromancer.

    There where a few that followed his teaching, but when their master got exiled they where spread thin, roaming the world in search for a purpose. Their heritage from the Swamp forces many of them to live in poverty, practicing their arts in secret. Because their master where banished, their magic art are slowly dying, with only a few of them practicing it today.

    Most of the remaining practitioner have embraced the filthy art of their former master, now searching to perfect it. Utilizing deadly diseases and plaques, these so called "Plaquemasters" are a feared opponent. // End of story.

    Necromancers:

    The darksign brands humanity, forcing them to be reborn at the nearest bonfire every time they fall in battle, but not all humans are cursed. This takes away the purpose of life itself. Some individuals want to unlock the secrets behind life, and in turn the darksign itself. These study the art of the dead, Necromancy, and many of them are unstable humans with feeble minds.

    Learning about life has forced them to learn about humanity itself, unlocking the secrets behind sanity and life. Using neither faith nor the soul arts, the necromancers pray to a long forgotten god, using a bastardization of miracles to fulfill their twisted needs.

    Even though necromancers are twisted people, perhaps they might be the ones that unlock the secret to immortality without the darksign, or maybe even the secrets behind the darksign itself.// End of story

    Out of curiosity does the bandit or the thief class are the same as an assassin class? Also I thought a summary of backstory can be done. If not I can do a whole page with the ice mage. I got a few ideas with that one.
