No need to explain. You use power within, buff your large club, and when red tearstone activates you're gonna BS fish in an attempt to 1 shot them. Yet you have 138 defense and 0 poise. You can do that without a full body dragon you know. You have the fap ring and 40 endurance. I suggest armor lol.

You're very fragile like that, one of my favorite builds is a 0 poise dragon but with those kind of weapons your attacks will be interrupted like crazy and any bleed weapon will be the end of you.

I'd lower Endurance to 35 or 31 and increase Strength.

I say stick with your original idea of being a dragon as they're quite fun to play.
Here is the build I came up with.
I went ahead and took it up to level 125 because you won't lose any PvP availability and you get more stats. Since you pumped 40 points in faith and only needed 30 to have Sunlight Blade I traded Power Within for WotG. Power Within really wasn't going to do a whole lot for you as the Sunlight Blade buff alone will deal massive damage. I also swapped the Man-Serpent Greatsword with the Warpick to give you a fast and slow weapon rather than two slow ones; this will give you more versatility. With the pryomancy flame gone it freed up a slot for a shield and I chose the Balder Shield. It's my personal favorite shield as it has the second highest stability and looks flat out awesome. I say stick with a dragon as they're are really fun to play and in my personal experience very rare to see.

The difference between 40 and 45 in terms of AR is either 2 or 3 points. The difference between 39 and 40 is around 8. Take off at least 2 points, put them in ATT and get yourself Wrath of the Gods for 2 reasons:
1) It is good
2) It sounds cool

I find it almost impossible to play without poise, yet i've lost to people with 0 poise. Different strokes for different folks.
