Hardest Playthrough of a game

What, in your opinion, is the hardest thing to do in a game? I am looking to start a brand new game and try to do the hardest thing possible in it. I'll even try to do challenge runs, if necessary. Going to attempt to do Dishonored without using any magic, and without killing anyone. Going to attempt to do Bioshock Infinite without the use of Vigors on 1999 mode. Post up any challenges that you think would be insanely difficult to do.

Also, no posting anything related to PvP in any game, or any Dark Souls challenge runs.

I have never played the first Smash Bros. I have, however, done every challenge there is on the Super Smash Bros Brawl. Using mainly Sonic, Shiek, and Ike.

Metal Gear Rising on Revengence mode (hardest difficulty).
Even with the amount of upgrades I got in my normal playthrough I still got my *** kicked by a lot of people.

Play retro games. Some of those are just ridiculously challenging without even trying to do anything different. I've got a Youtube channel of me playing through old NES games without dying. So far all that's on there is a no continue Ninja Gaiden run, but I've been working on a few other things. Been doing Jackal for months. I can get to the last level on one life every time now, but there's just a crazy section where everything hits you at once from different directions that I can't seem to pull off. Have to keep practicing.

Might try that. Though I am best at First Person Shooter games. Will definitely try some older type games though. 

Also, I have never played Metal Gear. Any of those games. Would be interesting trying it.

If you're looking for a challenge I wouldn't say that's a great place to go. Don't get me wrong, they're great games. Some of them, like Snake Eater, are absolute masterpieces, but I wouldn't call them challenging. Maybe some parts are on the difficult side, but there's other places you could go. Are you a playstation or xbox man?

Xbox and PC. I should also note I intend to do these challenges in one session, without stopping. Small breaks are needed but I enjoy doing extra long sessions of playing nothing but the game and beating it right from the start. Did it with Bioshock 2, Bioshock Infinity, Halo Reach, Black Ops 2, and Dragon Age 2

No death Battletoads run

Why of course. How on earth could I forget about Battletoads?

Nuzlocke Pokemon yellow without using items and only using pokeballs you pick up, also no grinding.

Kula World

Drakengard and Drakengard2. No grinding. This means going for the mission objectives only. And no fighting any more than necessary.

Do the 112233 challenge run on FFXII and kill Yiazmat.

Ninja gaiden black on the hardest difficulty was harder than number

Now the new ninja gaiden razor edge hardest difficulty is suppose 2 be harder than black and razor edge is 2nd hardest is suppose 2 be what black hardest mode was

Dont know 4 myself since i havent done yet but doing black was so damn hard couldnt take that last month just 2 do it

Haven't played NG3: RE yet. When I saw NG3, and how they massacred it, I thought I was going to be sick. Can't attest to that. But, from the people I know who have played it, it isn't more challenging for them.

CoD World at War on Veteran solo without killing enemies, not counting enemies you are required to kill.

You have to let the friendly AI kill all the enemies.

Getting the 'Perfect' ending on Atelier Rorona only relying on one person for support through the entire game.

I've never done it.

Bioshock 1, hardest difficulty without harvesting any Little Sisters.

Deus Ex: Human Revolution on hardest difficulty using only stealth and non-lethal.

How about just beating the orignial NES Ninja Gaiden's.
