    So here it is pick your class that your going to play as your first character. I know its the old classes from dark souls but still thumbs up just to see what classes we are going to see and what might me the most popular class out there.

    Assuming all these classes are back, most likely Bandit. The previous two souls games I have done my first playthrough always leaning towards a strength weapon. Whether I like it or not, that's just how I play games, I'm offensive. While I'd prefer to use dexterity and variations of magic, I know I'm going to end up beating DkS2 with some sort of heavy weapon.

    So again, Bandit.

    Whatever the next str class is gonna be, I decided I'm gonna med/fat roll the whole game and  will be using the biggest weapon I can find.

    I'm so stuck when it comes to making a character i want to see and learn ALLL THE MAGICS and also  wear all the mean looking armor and use badass weapons Dx

    I think i'm gonna go with the sorcerer first. Really wanna try out those new spells (Giant magic blade looks awesome).

    Right, I'm just going to put this out here.

    All the spells the Sorcerer had were obviously very late into the game. He even cast what looks to be a Soul Spear, which already needs us to be halfway through the game to even get. All the Sorcerer spells are obviously going to be obtained much later than people are predicting, because no matter what class you choose by that time you should have enough Intelligence to use the spells anyway.

    And looking at the current DkS Sorcerer, I can honestly say that I believe the Sorcerer is probably going to be the worst choice as a starting class for everyone's first run.

    Also, the Sorcerer just had a few cool spells. All the other classes had cool stuff as well.

    I disagree Dibs only because we don't know that for sure. Maybe we get SS early. If they have a sorcerer, you need magic.

    Alright, another counter to that. He had like 6 different spells, which takes 23 Attunement alone. Also, one of those spells may take up 2 slots.

    That's assuming Attunement is back. If it's like Demon's, then he'd have somewhere around 40 Attunement or Intelligence.

    Just from that, we can assume he's pretty high leveled, and is arguably going to be much later into the game.

    True but you're basing that off the video. We don't know how far into the game he was bud. That could be half way thru playthru. In demons, we had access to other spells after you killed phalanx, in Dks, we have access to spells right away in NL. You really can't say that sorcerer is a bad 1st choice cause for people who only like mages, may be able to adapt better. We don't know wut starting magic we gonna get, or, the difficulty of the game.

    Yes, we have access to the weakest spells in the game at the beginning.

    Those obviously were not the weakest spells in the game, not by a long shot.


    Starting magic is most likely going to be the usual Soul Arrow. In the first gameplay footage released, it looked like the Knight had a Soul Arrow type spell, although he never used it.

    I've never really been a big fan of magic, but when I saw the caster in the demo, I just knew I had to go with it, so Sorcerer over here.:razz:
