It started of with the Shotel, being able to pierce through my opponents shield was great for when I first started PvP, I then started using the Bandit Knife with the Lightning upgrade and was fun to use because of the bleed damage and high critical hits after Parrying and Backstabs. I'm now using the Falchion and love it.

Bandit's Knife. No buffs, just your chest or back. Actually I LOVE having the Occult Bandit's knife because there is a glitch that changes the name to "Occult Knife," which I think is bad a--.

You I've never used curved greatswords in pvp and I don't know why. I'm using the freaking notched whip right now, but I have yet to touch a Murakumo

Cant decide between Murakumo and Gravelord Greatsword.
Gravelord looks awesome and has the better moveset IMO, but the scaling is meh.
And Murakumo for much the same reason, and I've heard quite alot of people complain about it for one reason or another which frankly comes across as fantastic advertising for using it.

I'm ashamed to say SLB buffed Murakumo.
900-1000AR,OHKO backstabs,lots of poise damage and dead angles.
It is the nastiest weapon ever,a complete scumbag sword and yet brilliant against gankers.
I feel dirty now.

Lots of flexibility with the broadword. I used it a fair amount in the lowbies event. It has fast hits, respectable poise damage with 2h r2s (and can dead angle), and a variety of swing speeds without obvious tells.
My only issue with it is that it is quite weak damage-wise except on quality builds, so it's kind of stuck as elemental (where it is still pretty weak) or on quality builds where it is impressive.
