Multiple Covenant Rewards?

Just a question. The wiki seems to imply, but never outright state, that no reward for progression in a covenant can be obtained twice. Is this the case? Can I only ever get one copy of the lightning spears or the Darkwraith armor?

As I approach and start to get ready for New Game +, I'm wondering if I need to bother with them for their 'outside of covenant' rewards, or if I'll just be signing up with Kaathe and staying there.

On that topic, by the way, when summoning Phantoms, do you both have to be on the same playthrough? Can I summon NG phantoms on NG+, for example, provided the levels match up?

Look up Rosies vid where she low level summons people to her NG+7 game, Vegeta did one too. So yeah it's possible.

You can't get most if not all covenant spells again. not sure on the DW armour and sword. I do know it's possible to get the gravelord sword dance again.

From the wiki, on Gravelord Sword Dance;

"Recieved upon joining the Gravelord ServantCovenant. As for covenant item, you can have it only once per character."

The wording is rather ambiguous, but implies that this, and all other covenant items, can only be obtained once per character.

Covenant spells can only be obtained once. (a single scroll per character) Covenant items, weapons and armor can only be obtained once-per-character and can be dropped, meaning a player can gift/trade another player a covenant item/weapon/armor and get multiple copies without hacking.

Alrighty, once-per character apart from trading. So if I get all the rewards on NG, when I hit NG+, I should just stick to whatever covenant provides the best "Stay in the covenant" bonus. Good to know.
