Fextralife: Get your articles published

Ok, I have finally decided what I will write about. It has been a bit difficult for me to decide.
Beyond gaming where I am a babe in the woods compared to most. My main interests aren't very mainstream. And I certainly don't wish to bore people.

However, I will write an article about "Is Reality an Illusion" based on Quantum Theory with a little neural science thrown in.  I will attempt to do so with a light touch and humor.

Then I will do "A Project In The Life of a Silversmith, where I will do a "this is how it is done" article with chronological pics depicting the creation, construction, and finishing stages of a Pro Rodeo style buckle dedicated to FextraLife.

Since this will be a FextraLife Pro Rodeo Belt Buckle I am now open for design suggestions for the buckle "face" artwork. Please pm all suggestions to me via our FextraLife sister site.

I could see me contributing to this a bit with my Curious project.

I've been working on launching a small little character named Curious whom will go on adventures i draw in a comic-like style on Tumblr, and also is used as the face behind lets plays of games, and other small projects I'd like to undertake just for fun and curiosity.

It may be a bit, because I need to get a tablet before I could add drawings to a lets play. Otherwise i'd just have the video's of the lets play. My art is currently just a tumblr thing, with a few lets play's I'm trying to get a format for.

I only just realised that fextralife uses the exact same program (wordpress) as my uni magazine I occasionally write stuff for... lol

So, I'm going to finish my retro review, Fex. Expect something within the week, 2 at most.

All I could offer is my knowledge of History, Final Fantasy and RTS games if there ever was any demand for such things.

But right now I'm tied down with university assignments, maybe in the future I could contribute to the site when my schedule isn't as hectic.

I feel that man, this week has been a mix of full timetables and four nights out. No time left over for writing stuff haha

Someone should step up or the world might be forced to deal with more weird stuff from me.

All those things are definitely in demand. Final Fantasy is always in the news in some shape or form. There is a place for history in General Interest and RTS games always draw a crowd. Whenever you get a moment, we'd be glad to feature anything that interests you.

Would a more casual approach to history be preferred? I could do 'myth busting' or something along those lines. I specialise in ancient Roman and Greek as well as Western European and Middle Eastern Medieval history.

As for Final Fantasy I know way too much about A Realm Reborn than is healthy.

My liver is still working for now. Next week I think a week off is appropriate.. Maybe just a night for Halloween though

Hey Fex my uni mag is currently wanting retro game reviews, so I was wondering if I could do a little series of short, retro reviews of like PS1, PS2 games on fextralife. Was thinking of calling it Serious' simple Sony reviews

The answer is yes, we have a few retro reviews already. I think they are a great feature.

Ok every time I try to upload a picture it keeps telling me there's a http error.. However when i do it on wordpress for my uni mag one (same program, wordpress), the exact same picture was fine. I have no idea how to rectify this.

Anyways, the picture I wanted to use for the featured image is this:
