Hollow Warrior Cosplay

A while back I saw a cosplay poll and hollow warrior wasn't too popular for that guy, but I want to do some cosplay coop and pvp. This is the build:

Warrior is a bit more limited than soldier, in that he gets only the axe or broken swords lol. However the axe at +15 is pretty nasty in scaled physical damage at this level, and I have a fair amount of HP. I do worry about 2h kat builds though; I could cheat and throw on a gauntlet that puts me over 60 poise but I don't want to do that .

I could have used the cracked round shield, and it does only weigh 1 pound. The problem is that the stability is so low and the damage you take is pretty high such that you might as well just parry or partial parry with your freaking arm at that point.

The axe has some nice features, namely that it poise breaks like a hammer but has a more horizontal swing, opening up small dead angles on strafers. Probably my #1 kill method will be stagger stab, but this build will still be challenging for sure.

I'm still torn between wraith and forest hunter here; wraith gives more invasion flexibility (and this build will be a lot more obnoxious to questers than gankers), but hunter lets me invade while hollow, and that really fits the look .

You forgot about the Shortsword, (Some of them use shortswords) and the most important of all. THE FIREBOMBS. I mean come on, FIREBOMBS.

I have firebombs lol. Quite a few after farming the freaking things for their armor.

Anyway, they never drop short swords AFAIK, only broken straight swords.

Even if I were to use a short sword and pretend, it would impossible to match the axes damage output; against heavier armor all the combos in the world wouldn't save me, even if I resorted to elemental damage and just gouged VIT instead of STR. At least the axe will hurt pretty badly while 2h. I've killed 4kings a bit earlier today with it, pretty easy with +15 axe and 27 str...you can still get 2 swings in between attacks pretty often and ~390 pure physical AR rips chunks.
