i forgot about halloween

title says it all, i literaly forgot about halloween becouse where i live we 1. dont give a damn about it. and 2. its alredy allot of snow here.
and i dont mean a light snowfall i mean bloddy loads of it (not snow with blod in it but allot of it)
i dont know how much it is but i would have to guess around 20cm.


Anyway, how is halloween in the country you live in?

Not a big deal here anymore ever since they banned human sacrifices.

Never saw a lot of kids go around houses anymore.
Mostly parties and events for children to dress up and have fun.

isnt halloween really big in America

People here are still using it as a huge excuse to buy illegal fireworks...and use them way before the frigging day. I hate Halloween for that reason.

It has fallen on its face a bit.

I've not taken halloween seriously for a few years, and when I've taken it serious it's been little more serious than "Ah, candies today"

This year: Let my parents give me candy and crisps and soft drinks.

Yeah, for the past few years, I've just taken some of the candy that we were giving out to trick or treaters.

Question for everybody, What's your favorite candy? Mine's Reese's, Butterfinger, or Kit Kat..

Bleh, I just use it as a day to hang out with friends while dressed a little weirder than normal.

I used to love Halloween for years. Even if I didn't dress up I always had a late-night movie fest. This will be the first year I can't do either. To be honest I doubt anyone in my school even know about it. I know for a fact that shops are skipping to Thanksgiving or the winter holidays. The Macy's my mom works already have Christmas trees up.

I would love to dress up some for Halloween, but I don't really know anything I would like to do it with.. Doesn't matter much to me, once I'm older I'm gonna be a cosplayer anyway.. so I'll get to dress up lots.
