Thank you all. The angeogram went well, they didnt even need to put a stent in. Should be able to come home tomorrow, we hope. 10 hours at the hospital, im all worn out.

I just read what happened. I hope he feels better soon. It is good news that they did not have to put a stent in. It sounds like he is doing better already. Get some rest and I hope things get better quickly.

Latest news is now another 24 hours of monitoring in hospital.

Hope all turns out well and there is no more waiting, worst thing to be waiting and not knowing...I hate hospitals, I also can relate a little
since I have had 2 arrythmia attacks one of which lasted more than 6 hours and
they had to reset my rythm with a little shock.

Now I am on beta blockers.

Stay strong, it can be scary but remember that cardiac problems are one of
the most known, studied and treatable of any health issues.

Thankyou. They are now saying wed before they will let him come home. Its such a rare case that they are being real careful how they handle it. Its a long story so wont go into details, but his heart is very healthy, no signs of damage from the attack, just the problem with 1 of the artories having split into 2 smaller veins(which lead to the attack)

No need to explain, I can deduct some of it just from what you told me...when u get that kind of problems you read all about it and more, if the arteries split usually means it had blockage there.

If they say the heart is healthy then that is a huge thing, now I get why they did an angiogram since those
are basically to see how the veins are managing blood flow.

Don't worry you guys will be home soon, probably will have to make some big lifestyle changes though,
for example I don't drink any kind of alcohol or smoke anything and he probably will have to exercise more if he doesn't already.

Just be sure to not worry too much mildred, when I suffered from my episode I got anxious and over thought everything, don't go looking at too much internet info on the matter and let the doctors tell you what to do,because stress can only make things worst so try to breathe and find some peace wherever you can if possible.
