Armor that impedes stamina

Ok, ive been testing this for a little over an hr and i have to admit im a little let down. I'm sure you have all noticed that pretty much all the heavy armor sets say in the description that it "hinders stamina recovery". I have noticed VERY little difference in the stamina recovery from no armor vs full stone. On top of that, it seems only having say the gauntlets or leggings instead of the whole set plays a role making it even less of a difference if you use just those.

Overall i was just trying to see if maybe it was worth using the best medium armor at a loss of poise(still can get 53) for faster stamina recovery. it doesnt seem that way. would be cool if from made it so the heavy armor sets actually had a noticeable downside. oh well back to using black iron and giants.

yeh thats a big problem in drs the pvp part aspects of the game in mu oppinion could be much better if all armour types had ther up and downs...its like light fast but low deff n no poise... medium a bit better in deff some poise.. heavy if n slow high in deff and poise but if high in end just as fast as light... if from are thinking of nerfing things havels for1 and gwdr for 2 i think dwgr shouldent be allowed to be worn in heavy... and in a future souls make heavy 1. decrease stamina recovery 2. slow movement no matter how much end

i can agree on that. my number 1 wish for next souls game is that there be no tank builds doing flips.
