i am overly excited about this one. I love the aesthetics and nature of the build. I haven't got the chance to try out many different armor combinations yet, but the two I have posted look fairly Promising.

Interesting question. DMB will be the main source of damage instead of scaling if you decide to stay under SL.100, but if you insist on playing in higher tier PvP then you can invest a few points into scaling attributes.

Note that the difference is oddly not worth it in my personal opinion. From 14 to 40 you are only getting 100 bonus points, give or take a few, and since I am buffing it I feel as if my points at my SL were best spent elsewhere.
