But I vaguely remember seeing in the DS guide book something about being able to repair crystal weapons using the repair spell, which is perfect because I already use that spell for my MLGS. So is this true? Any response is appreciated!

Yes, I acctually think you can repair crystal weapons with the repair spell, Im not sure, but I even think I tried it long ago.,...but don't remember..

You cannot, unfortunately. The repair thing doesn't work either. I think if you descend and then re-ascend the weapon the stability resets though, but I haven't tried it.

Cannot descend crystal weapons either. They will be repaired each time you uprgade them, but only up to +5. Once it's fully upgraded it will eventually break for good.
The only crystal item that can be repaired is the crystalline armor afaik.

Yep, the only way to 'repair' a crystal weapon is through ascension (ie +1 -> +2)

Thanks, Sunbro4ever, that's a relief. I seem to remember repairing it at some point, although I don't use it that much. It was good against Gwyndolin though.
