Help with Thief build ideas

So, like many of you probably are, I am obsessed with this page:

So today I went to start a new build, and when you click the best class finder button, it came up Bandit, (as so many do), but I had a total brain cramp and started a character as a Thief.

I didn't even realize the mistake until I got all the way to the Parrish, (skipping the Burg, by going through Havel's door). So rather than delete the guy, (I haven't leveled up at all yet), I thought I would ask for some interesting thief build ideas.

Just a basic crit hit build. Use the painting guardian daggers for normal combat, land a parry and use the rapier for a ripost. Armor and rings are up to you but the hornets and ring of fap are what I would use for this. You can lower the dex to use faith or intelligence as you see fit, or squeeze a bit more vit or end out of the character.

You can get the exact same stats and only be at level 113 if you start as a Warrior, (best class button at top left).

Except at very low levels, I have yet to come up with a build that optimally starts as a Thief.

Other than Deprived, (which is sort of purposefully goofy), I now think Thief is the worst class. Sort of an interesting discovery in itself though.

I've actually never started out as a thief. But they do seem to have a lot of wasted stats. 11 faith and 12 intelligence. Also 11 att.

I stumbled across a caster build that would fit. Thief is tied for best class with almost everything, but it's still best, lol.

I don't know how to post the screen shots, but the stats are

Vit 40
Att 28
End 40
Str 13 - Str and Dex numbers are for Winged Spear
Dex 15
Res -
Int 50
Fth 18 - For the Homeward Miracle

These numbers are for a 133 build, but you can reduce the Vit to taste and Thief remains a best class.
