This is my entry for the War system :
* During the war you must write down some information : the name of the enemy and if you killed him or he killed you.
* Find info about the person you met ( covenant ).
* Send all this information to the Judges. You must respect the template :
* The judes check that every thing is clear and publish the result ( as both side send the info' it is clear if someone cheated )

@Wareditor the problem with that system is if someone decides to cheat then its one players word against another. With no one else participating to clarify that someone is lying or not there's a lot of room for injustice.
The only way to run war in an organized fashion would be to have duels much like fc, where a judge summons a phantom from each covenant.
I think it might be better to have wars for fun. Have one covenant host on their home turf, have the other one invade. Not exactly keeping score but I think we'd get an idea of who won from the chatter about the war the days after.

I don't think we need to keep score. We should play to have fun not to "win" sooo over rated!
